Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Visioo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Visioo is developed by Yasser's Studio as a personal hobby project and is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Description of Service

Visioo is a media player application that allows you to play IPTV content from your own service provider. The App provides:

  • Support for M3U playlists and Xtream Codes API
  • Organized viewing of live TV, movies, and series
  • Watch history and favorites management
  • Multi-profile support for families
  • Cross-device synchronization (Premium)

Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Visioo does not provide, host, store, or distribute any media content.

All content accessed through the App is provided by third-party IPTV service providers chosen and subscribed to by you, the user. Visioo has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have legal rights to access the content from your IPTV provider
  • Compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • Any fees or subscriptions owed to your content providers
  • The accuracy and legality of credentials you enter into the App

User Responsibilities

By using Visioo, you agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not use the App to access pirated or illegally distributed content
  • Provide accurate information when creating your account
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
  • Not use the App in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the service

Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Subscription Terms

Free Tier

The free tier includes basic features with limitations (1 provider, 1 profile, ads).

Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing:

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
  • Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

The Visioo app, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Yasser's Studio. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Movie and TV show metadata, including posters and descriptions, is provided by TMDb and is used in accordance with their terms of use.

Ratings & Metadata Disclaimer

Visioo displays content ratings and metadata from TMDb (The Movie Database) for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. Ratings are provided by TMDb and may change.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. All metadata, ratings, and scores are the property of their respective providers.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
  • WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yasser's Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Content you access through your IPTV providers
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your license to use the App immediately ends
  • You may request deletion of your data
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Yasser's Studioresides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Third-Party Services

Visioo uses the following third-party services:

  • Database Provider: Authentication and secure data storage
  • Sentry: Crash reporting and error tracking
  • PostHog: Product analytics and feature usage tracking
  • TMDb: Movie and TV show metadata (posters, descriptions, ratings)
  • App Store / Google Play: Subscription management

Each service has its own terms of service and privacy policy. By using Visioo, you agree to be bound by their respective terms.
